NENAB floor pit jack 20 tons fits all inspecion pits and is designed for lifting busses, trucks and heavy transport vehicles.
The jack has controls placed at a convenient working height. The control valve has three settings: neutral, fast and lift mode. The valve returns to neutral when released, where upon the jack is locked into position. The jack is lowered by opening the return valve, this is easily done regardless of the side the operator is on.
The jack comes in two versions, airhydraulic or electrical hydraulic. The air driven version is powered by 8 bar air supply and the elcrical version is powered by 230V elecrical supply.
The beams are manufactured to fit the width and depth of your inspection pit, use the document Measurement Request and fill in your dimensions. The jack has spring mounted wheels and rolls easily from side to side in the pit. When loaded, the jacks is locked in position a cross the pit.
The jacks is allowed to roll along the pit under load to compensate for the vehicles movement and to ease when mounting e.g gear boxes. When the jack is not in use, it is parked along the pit wall to make maxium space for the operator.
