NENAB free wheel lift ALS-8/1,5-P with pneumatic extension arms fits all runway lifts and inspection pits.
The jack is used for lifting passenger cars while doing car inspecion, repairs and maintenance of steering, wheel bearings, tires etc.
ALS-8/1,5-P reach 1330 mm between the lifting points and 1590 mm with arm extenders. When lowered, the jacks i 240 mm high.
It is designed to create the best possible working ergonomics. The extension arms are pneumatically controlled by means of low-seated actuators to avoid wear and tear in the shoulders and neck during continuous use. This model was designed and tested in consultation with the Technical Department of AB Svensk Bilprovning (Swedish national vehicle inspection agency).
The jack is reliable in operation and easy to use and serve. It meets extremely high standards of safety, speed and stability . The air cylinder is equipped with a safety valve that locks the jack in the existing position in case of hose rupture. The jack is equipped with controls for operation from both sides and can be fitted with an electric lowering device for a push-button operated return from any position. The extension arms return to their home position automatically when the jack is lowered.
The jack is equipped with spring-suspended ball-bearing wheels, which means that it is easily moved along the roadway. Under load, the jack automatically locks against the ground.
All jacks and jacking beams are characterized by high quality, high reliability and low air consumption. No mist lubrication is needed, the valves and cylinders of all Nenab products have greased surfaces that last the entire life of the jack when using dry and clean air.
